This course has been a wonderful opportunity to reflect on my own practices in the classroom. While I feel confident in my abilities and know that I make a difference very day, there are always ways to improve. I really enjoyed reading Mr. Urban’s book. I have served as a mentor several times over in my years of teaching. In my consideration, this should be the handbook for all teaching. It stresses over and over the subjects we teach are important but more importantly is the reality of how to deal with the world we live in and how we treat others.
