This course was helpful in getting a person to understand the difference between sympathy and empathy and when and where they come in to play. It gave very helpful advice that can be put to use immediately in the classroom, with the most important thing being to listen to others. I really like how all of the information was all in one spot. I thought the videos were very beneficial and were filled with a ton of good information. I really liked how the class was set up. All of the information had a real life feel to it. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the course. I think this is the best graduate course I have taken because it didn't feel like busy work. It felt real and made me think about how I can apply it.
