By sharing these creative ideas, it may inspire you to share some of your own ideas with teachers at your school and beyond. Teachers can take these specific examples and modify them to fit most classrooms and subjects. Great ideas are meant to be shared and this class has tons of them just waiting for you learn about and implement immediately.

What I liked best about the G.I.F.T.S. course was its immediate practical relevance. The course provided actionable frameworks that seamlessly translate into day-to-day operations, moving beyond theoretical ideals into real-world application.
What I liked least was the compressed pace relative to the volume of material covered. At times, the depth of the readings and assignments felt rushed, leaving limited room to digest and discuss complex topics thoroughly with peers.
Compared to other graduate courses I have taken, G.I.F.T.S. stands out for its sharp focus on targeted leadership growth rather than broad academic theory. While prior graduate coursework often emphasized research methodology and foundational concepts, this course prioritized direct application, continuous self-reflection, and real-time execution.
Moving forward, this course will directly benefit my current leadership role by refining my decision-making and strategic communication. It equips me with actionable toolkits to foster team collaboration, navigate organizational friction, and empower those around me, ultimately driving more effective performance across our organization.
