“The course Raising Achievement from the Inside Out was worthwhile and easy to understand. The course outline was well written and the procedures were clear. I really liked having everything right at my fingertips. There were no surprises along the way. The book was a great tool that I will continue to use to improve relationships by building trust. It will also help me to improve as a professional. I will be able to share out this necessary information to our staff this fall and hope that all teachers can begin to really look at the levels and qualities of a high-trust classroom.” Kimberly Brown, Sioux City, IA

“This course challenged my perspectives on myself as a teacher building a high-trust relationship with my students. Self-reflecting on each quality allowed me to see which I am strong in and which qualities I can improve on to build better relationships with students. Better relationships with students will allow students to be more open to learning and will raise achievement in each student. I have enjoyed each course that I have taken, both video and book, and will be continuing to use this institution as I need renewal credit and want to build my professional development.” Ashley Flatebo, Mason City, IA

“This course not only gave me the tools to be more engaged in my classroom but also gave me the good feeling of what I am doing well already. I loved the opportunity to be able to reflect on the things that I already do for my students, but then also be able to reflect on what it is that I can do better. I know that I create relationships but creating deeper relationships is something that shows to be effective when it comes to student achievement! I will keep this book on hand to refer to as I strive to achieve my goals with my students!” -Michaela W., NE
